Thanks but I understand how the gems work now....

What exactly are tags? You mean when you write a new story, and you tag them? But how does this help and how do we tag stories? What's the purpose? JUST CALL ME STUPID FOR ASKING THESE SILLY QUESTIONS...

And a message to JM Currey: I would like to check out your stories? do you use the name JM Currey? Thanks :)

If I'm not mistaken, you also get 20 gems for writing a new story? I was writing a new story the other day (still working on it),and I happened to glance down in the area next to the SUBMIT button, it said 20 gems. Since I haven't submitted the story yet, I have no idea if I get the 20 gems or not. So everyone who is writing a new story, needs to check it out.

Also, isn't the premise behind these 'gems' is to write better stories? So who determines a 'good' or 'better' story, and how do the gems know??? Silly question I know, but I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking of it or who has thought of it :)

No I was answering what I thought JM Currey wanted, not you. No, I wouldn't presume to know what you're talking about :)

I think he's talking about maybe using different fonts, adding a background, making the BIO a little bigger....

agree; We also need to have a bigger area for our profile pic; keep in mind though, that Joakim worked hard to get us a BIO area, and sending him a simple 'thanks' would be nice

Are you talking about the section of your 'Subscribed Stories'...that it's painful.?....If so, there is four tabs (they aren't really tabs per say, as they sort of blend in together): ALL, WRITING, VOTING, & FINISHED. Or maybe you're talking about something completely different, and if so, I apologize.

I agree. I have suggested a 'tutorial' for new members. When I first discovered Story Wars, I was totally lost, and had to find my own way around, which isn't that great, when you're new to any particular website. Joakim is very busy, and when he has it marked that he is 'following' it (a suggestion, etc), he is serious about it, and he usually responds to an issue. If you're having a particular problem, you could always send him a 'private message'. Hope this helps :)

YEAH,,, PERFECT,,,,EVERYONE WILL BE HAPPY. NICE JOB JOAKIM. THANK YOU!

Sounds good to me, although I write every single day, unfortunately.
