short 100 word bio on our profiles + See usernames on feedback

I agree with a short bio that would be on our profile page. It's offered here within the forum, so I don't see why it couldn't be done elsewhere. The feedback issue: confidentiality issues would be in play, + someone might give you negative feedback. Then what would you do with that information, if it was negative? (Many hard feelings :)

I agree and understand your point xxx But perhaps one could choose to stay anon or show their name when giving feedback?x All the big writing websites do it, for example the very popular writers cafe. It allows one to also give the person who gave one feedback, feedback in return. This provide initiative and I believe we would begin to see a lot more constructive feedback and follower activity on story wars as a direct result :)

Hi Libby. I do like this idea, a lot. :) Joakim is on vacation and he usually handles the forums, per se. He's very good at follow-thru, so give it a couple of days for some feedback. I have found it very frustrating that I take the time to leave feedback, but get nothing in return. I will have to check out 'Writer's Cafe' and see what it's like. What's your name here on Story Wars, so I can check out some of your writing. :)) thanks

On writers cafe tons of people review my writing in return!x I only joined story wars this Saturday so I only have two very shaky drafts written as I'm still getting used to writing on from somebody else and write automatically more in their style than mine when carrying on!

Hi. I am a little confused. Are you Libby or Jocelyn? Anyway, I went to both websites: Your story 'Careful Carolina': I really enjoyed it. I had a little problem with the 'flow' of the story. Perhaps more focus on Percy, and why he was acting so strangely. Then the ending: didn't care for it. You leave your readers 'hanging'. What happened to Percy? Why was he shot?....When writing a story, you need to have a proper ending, "wrap it all up in a bow", so to speak. And I did enjoy your poems. Heartfelt, expressive way of displaying your emotions....

Your addition to the story on Story Wars, was great. It always amazes me how the words seem to flow so easily from people that write various things, and you definitely have a talent for descriptive sentences and expressive words. Great job!! Hope this helps.

I agree. We should add that. I am still unsure how it should look so maybe you could help me out with what you want to have on your profile. A short bio?

Regarding feedback - you are right. Names should probably be added.

I was thinking, this could be another tab (you can create ones like the feedback), and this would have some facts, like age would be good, when you joined, and a bit about yourself. If we didn't have a seperate tab, then it could be just under the followers/following.
